There is no on-site registration – all participants (except invited presenters) must pre-register and pay the registration fee of $350.00 by September 28th, 2011. This fee covers all conference materials, reception on Thursday, breakfast, lunch and banquet on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and all refreshment breaks.
